When will this arrive?

What if it does not suit my pet?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first so we can confirm the return address. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and a repair or replacement for a minor one.
