When will this arrive?

What if it does not suit my pet?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first so we can confirm the return address. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

We cover it completely, including return postage. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and a repair or replacement for a minor one. This applies regardless of the change-of-mind window.
